Who We Are

Aremolekun Care Foundation is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded by Mrs. Yetunde Okunade. A Nigerian registered Foundation with the Corporate Affairs Commission CAC/IT/No 106075 that funds, care and delivers projects to improve the lives of vulnerable children and young adults in Nigeria. The beneficiaries of our projects include children living in institutional care, young adults (less 17 years ) needing care, and those with disabilities or suffers burns who require long term assistance. We focus on reaching the world’s most marginalized and deprived children, to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, and to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. Our Approach

Our Objectives

  1. To offer financial assistance to vulnerable children between the ages 1 and 17 years who are unable to afford/access good health care.
  2. To help rehabilitate the children upon completion of the medical treatment (e.g. physio-therapy, enroll them in schools etc.)
  3. To organize forums and healthcare campaigns alongside qualified professionals to educate the society on how to avoid domestic accidents (e.g. fire, hot water spills, Gas leaks etc.)
  4. To publish journals and newsletters which will help in disseminating useful knowledge
  5. To coordinate and cooperate with local, national and international agencies and help them implement various child healthcare development programs.
  6. To play the role of advocacy in the formulation of appropriate policies and laws to ensure a minimum level of free health care is secured for children within a particular age range
  7. To raise funds via donations, dinners or subscriptions and other means and invest the money to promote the successful attainment of the objectives of “Aremolekun Foundation”
